REBEL CELLS LLC – SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Subscription & Payment Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing a recurring membership subscription with Rebel Cells LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting the designated clickwrap agreement box at checkout, purchasing, or using any Rebel Cells LLC membership subscription, you (“Subscriber,” “Member,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.
1. Subscription Plans & Recurring Billing Authorization Rebel Cells LLC offers recurring, auto-renewing membership subscriptions for its products and services. By enrolling in a membership program, you expressly authorize Rebel Cells LLC to charge your designated payment method on a recurring, monthly basis until properly canceled in accordance with Section 3 below.
- Recruit Membership: Enrolling in the Recruit Membership authorizes a recurring monthly charge of $149.00 USD to your payment method on file.
- Rebel Membership: Enrolling in the Rebel Membership authorizes a recurring monthly charge of $489.00 USD to your payment method on file.
Your initial payment will be processed immediately upon checkout. Subsequent recurring subscription fees will automatically bill on the same calendar day each month thereafter (the “Billing Date”). If your regular Billing Date falls on a day not contained in a given month (e.g., the 31st), your payment method will be charged on the last day of that month.
2. Payment Method & Authorization You represent and warrant that you are the authorized account holder of the credit card, debit card, or electronic payment account provided at checkout. You agree to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information within your account. If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, card cancellation, or any other reason, Rebel Cells LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership access immediately without liability, while remaining entitled to collect all accrued and unpaid fees.
3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your recurring monthly membership at any time, for any reason, subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation Method: To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to info@rebelcells.com. Cancellation requests submitted through any other communication channel (including phone, social media, or live chat) shall not be deemed valid notice.
- Notice Timing: Cancellation requests must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next scheduled Billing Date to prevent the processing of the subsequent month’s charge.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon processing your valid cancellation request, your recurring billing will cease. You will retain access to your membership benefits through the remainder of your current paid billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy All recurring subscription charges, membership fees, and initial payments are strictly non-refundable. Rebel Cells LLC does not offer pro-rated refunds, credits, or fee adjustments for partial subscription months, unused membership privileges, or early account terminations.
5. Price Modifications Rebel Cells LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, membership tiers, or associated terms at its sole discretion. Any material change to subscription rates will be communicated to you in writing via the email address associated with your account at least thirty (30) days prior to taking effect. Your continued enrollment in the membership after the price change takes effect constitutes your full acceptance of the updated pricing.
6. Limitation of Liability & Severability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebel Cells LLC, its officers, managers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your enrollment, subscription use, or billing processing. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Rebel Cells LLC is organized, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
